IN-HOME SERVICES
The In-Home Service Program is funded by Missouri Medicaid (MO Health NET) and deals with more dependent clients with disabilities. Choosing our
In-Home Service program will provide you with the following services:

Personal Care - bathing, grooming, dressing and toileting

Homemaker Chores– general household cleaning; bathroom, kitchen, living area, laundry, etc.

Health - medication reminders, call in prescription refills, and help with range of motion
​

Meals - meals preparation and meal clean up
-
Advanced Personal Care - maintenance services to assist with activities of daily living when such assistance requires devices or procedures related to altered body functions
-
Respite – provides temporary relief for the caregiver of a dependent adult
​​
-
Authorized Nurse Visits - maintenance or preventative services provided by a registered nurse (RN) or LPN (license practical nurse) under the supervision of a registered nurse This service must be authorized in conjunction with another service.

Transportation - errands, grocery shopping and pharmacy pick up
CONSUMER DIRECTED SERVICES (CDS)
Consumer Directed Services is a Missouri Medicaid-funded program that gives seniors and people with disabilities the flexibility and freedom to choose their own caregivers. Some people only trust their care to family members and close friends. The Consumer Directed Service program is a great way for families and friends to get paid to take care of their loved ones in the comfort of the loved one’s home.

Choosing our CDS Service program will provide you with the following services:

Personal Care - bathing, grooming, dressing and toileting; (daily living activities)

Housekeeping - general household cleaning; bathroom, kitchen, living area, laundry, bedroom, etc.

Health - medication reminders, call in prescription refills, and help with range of motion

Meals - meals preparation and meal clean up

Transportation - errands, grocery shopping and pharmacy pick up


VETERAN’S CARE SERVICES
We honor the service, commitment and dedication of our Veterans. Our caregivers are trained to care for Veterans with compassion and understanding. Participating in our Veterans Care Program will provide you with following:

HEALTHY CHILD &
YOUTH SERVICES (HCY)
Abundant Living Home Health Services offer services for the Healthy Child & Youth program,. This service provides personal care services dedicated to the one-on-one medical needs of special needs children.
This program is available to all Missouri Medicaid (MO HealthNet) eligible children (birth to age 21) residing in Missouri who are in need of medically necessary services.
The participant must:

Be a Missouri resident
-
Need medically necessary services
-
Be enrolled in MO Health
-
Newborns to 21 years of age


PRIVATE PAY SERVICES
If you or your loved one is not eligible for any of our Medicaid (MO Health Net) programs or if you desire more care than what is approved by the State, Abundant Living Home Health Services offers Private Pay Services to includes the following:

Personal Care - bathing, grooming, dressing and toileting; (daily living activities)
